I have a passion for healing my people using modalities outside of traditional talk therapy. I provide Reiki, chakra alignment, sound bath therapy and other metaphysical tools in my practice. I am a licensed social worker and trained in multiple trauma responsive techniques. I carry my knowledge and expertise with me across all therapeutic platforms.

In Swahili, Amani stands for "peace" which is the heart and core guiding my practice.
